If hewing a gum, eating an orange, or any other food that smells, in public is considered rude, what would you say about this guy? I get that you’re hungry, but there’s always the option of eating a sandwich, or an apple, or really anything that doesn’t take up so much space, in an already-crowded subway! And why go through all the trouble of carrying this table around all day, just so he could eat on the subway?
In a way, this guy is completing the girls with the couch – together, they can make up a proper house on the subway. I wonder how many stops he’s riding and whether it really gives his enough time to set up the table and finish his meal in quiet. What would you have done if you saw anything like this on the subway?
